Kulim will explore the potential of the joint venture for the development of the smart farming project at Sedenak Estate through the acquisition of 30% equity interest in Greenheart Produce Pte Ltd.
Accordingly, on 17 February 2022, a delegation from Kulim including the Board of Directors, and Senior Management of Kulim visited Greenheart Farms Sdn Bhd in Lojing, Gua Musang, Kelantan.
The purpose of the visit was integral to gain an overview of the operations of the smart farming business operated by Greenheart Farms SdnBhd. Apart from that, the delegates were taken on a short visit to the greenhouse at Greenheart Farms Sdn Bhd which consists of crops such as chili, capsicum, tomato, and cucumber as well as visiting the packaging area and fertilizer room.
