Smallholder Inclusion Programme

Our organization is fully dedicated to actively engaging with smallholders through our Smallholder Inclusion Programme, which aims to assist and guide them in obtaining RSPO certification.
We pride ourselves on our commitment to supporting smallholders and traders who sell RSPO-certified FFB. Since 2013, we have provided economic incentives through our Smallholder Inclusion Programme to encourage more smallholders to obtain RSPO certification.

1. FGVPM Ladang Paloh  - RSPO certified in 2014

2. Ladang Wawasan - RSPO certified in 2014

3. Eng Lee Heng – MSPO certified in 2019 and RSPO certified in Mei 2020
Three of our 30 local outgrowers, accounting for 10%, expressed interest in engaging in activities to obtain RSPO certification in 2021. This prompted us to dedicate considerable resources to assist all 30 outgrowers in obtaining the RSPO certification. Additionally, in 2021, the collective output from our outgrowers and smallholders represented 7.8% of our RSPO-certified FFB.
