Kulim (Malaysia) Berhad (KULIM) is pleased to announce that we had on 6 July 2023 disposed of our entire equity interest in PT Tempirai Palm Resources and PT Rambang Agro Jaya to PT Bakung Starch Lestari.

The disposal is part of KULIM's comprehensive transformation agenda and part of its long-term strategy to become a leading agribusiness player that supports the circular economy and the Group’s ESG initiatives.
