JOHOR BAHRU, 16 December 2020: Kulim (Malaysia) Berhad (Kulim) was awarded “Best Employer’s Malaysia 2020” for Government-linked Companies category by Kincentric. The winning award was announced during the Kincentric Best Employers Malaysia 2020 Learning Conference & Award Ceremony was held virtually.

For 20 years Kincentric Best Employers program has recognised leading companies that celebrate workplace excellence and leading employers that drive change. Over the past 5 years, Kincentric has recognized more than 4,000 Best Employers from around the world including from Malaysia.

The award’s strict assessment criteria mirrored Kulim’s focus in people’s development and HR strategies that enable the organisation to engage talent to build a future-ready workforce that meets evolving industry needs.

Earlier last year, Kulim was awarded the Gold Award for Best Workplace Practices at the 11th Annual Global CSR Summit Awards Ceremony 2019 from the Pinnacle Group International that recognised companies for their outstanding, innovative and world class products, services, projects and programmes.
